The Financial Secretary of Hong Kong Mr. Paul Chan announced over the weekend that the previously postponed retail green bonds issuance are expected to be resumed later this month.
With issuance upper limit as much as HK$20 billion and the coupon rate raised from 2% (as per announced in Feb 2022) to 2.5%.
